THE SEX LIVES OF COLLEGE GIRLS
SEASON 1
Ahead of the premiere of Mindy Kaling’s new series The Sex Lives of College Girls, to promote the series and celebrate the premiere among the target audience, we pulled from the themes in the series to emody the marketing. That is, we curated a special NYC screening event for ~250 guests, immersing them in a faux Essex College collegiate environment with various sexual wellness experiences and giveaways.
Following an exclusive screening of episode 1, a “moment of reveal” took place and guests were invited into a never-before-seen room offering printed Essex College student IDs, a chance to spin the “Wheel of Sex” and win giveaway items from BIPOC-owned brands (LOT XI Sage/Palo Santo Kit, We’re Not Really Strangers Self-Reflection Kit, Moon Juice Sex Dust, Maude no.1 Body Wash, Rituals & Ceremony Rolling Papers), coffee, cider and pastries served at our very own Sips Café, and the opportunity to relive their college days by stepping foot into the recreated Essex College dorm room common area photo moment.
